The Kayamandi project with the Kayamandi Creative District (KCD) was a collaboration project. The project was a way for residents to tell stories that have not been told before. The project involved sculpture making and painting as well as photographic information of the project and processes, and stories that came out during the process. Shoes were used as a medium of communication of untold narratives from Kayamandi. A catalogue was an end product, which was produced in Germany. Copies were sent to the KCD project to sell and use the funds in the community.
