Francois Mouton’s interest in photography came at the early age of 13. He did his first wedding photography at the age of 17 and loved being behind the camera. He was born in Vredenburg, but has been a local to Stellenbosch since 2006. Although he worked himself up in the South African Police Force and became a top-notch investigator, his love for photography led him to pursue this as a full-time career. He had a commercial photography studio in Idas Valley, but due to demand he is now focusing only on fashion and editorial photography.
