Manoli Chatzikyriakos and his wife planted the humble seed that blossomed into Mano’s Bakery in August 2014. The only wood-fired bakery in all of Stellenbosch and its nearest neighbours, this artisan bread wholesaler had its humble beginnings producing about 30 to 40 loaves of stoneground bread per day, and has grown into a 500 to 700 bread-per-day major supplier for restaurants, guesthouses and Spars in and around Stellenbosch.
