Zizipho runs a small hair salon out of a shipping container in Kayamandi. She started her business in 2015, and specialises in weaves (where hair extensions are weaved into existing hair with needlework) and eyelashes, and sometimes does hair braiding. She frequently travels to salons in Gugulethu and Langa close to Cape Town to see which new hairstyles are trending; however, many of her customers in Kayamandi prefer traditional styles.
