Imbewu Arts Foundation is a theatre group for school children in Kayamandi who are passionate about learning the craft of theatre, drama and dance. It was started by a local Kayamandi education student and colleagues who saw the need for extracurricular theatre while doing practical training at a local school. Imbewu has grown to produce its own cultural events under the banner of the Embo Festival to give local community theatre groups the opportunity to perform their works on stage.
